I Hate Legalese.
I'm also not very fond with buzzwords and excess technical jargon, when it can be explained in plain English. That's probably why I didn't call this a "mission statement." Just like human anatomy, sometimes you need to use several syllables to be accurate, but when it's not needed, we don't use it. The policies here are kept as simple and clear as possible. Any time it's not, please ask for clarification.
You'll find the terms "I" and "we/our" are used interchangeably. Typically "I" refers to myself as a Developer or Business Owner, whereas "we/our" refers to the company as a whole. Though I have an extensive network of sub-contractors who are called in as the work load deems necessary; I am very "hands on" and involved in all aspects of the business, in order to maintain the quality and integrity you have a right to expect from us.
You're a Person, Not a Number.
You may notice we don't have account numbers for clients. That was by design. We get to know each of our clients by name and as personally as possible. Though a lot of tasks are automated through our online system, there is always a human overseeing the processes.
We listen to your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve your experience with us.
Our Main Goal: To Make YOU Look Good.
We don't look good unless YOU look good. Our goal is to create for you a website that will honor your business or venture. We don't hope for clients who will be merely happy with our work, we expect clients who are thrilled with the finished project, and who will be valued clients for years to come.
