Updates performed every 8-10 days, security patches performed within hours of release. Any updates potentially affecting the display of your site will be validated on a test site first.

You'll receive a monthly email with a list of what was updated, on what date, and a brief overview of what changes were made. This list is also available online in the client portal ticket system, so you can review the updates any time. This helps troubleshoot if a plugin update has caused a problem with your site.
