Monthly Services: Sent 7 Days Prior To Due Date
For monthly services such as hosting, invoices are generated and emailed to you 7 days prior to your due date. This gives you plenty of time to make any changes necessary prior to your payment being processed (change in payment processor, address change, etc).
Annual Services: Sent 30 Days Prior To Due Date
Yearly services (annual hosting payments, SSL certificates, etc) :
- Invoice generated and emailed 30 days prior to due date.
Domain Name Upcoming Renewal Reminders
Because your domain name is a critical part of your website and business, it's customary (and required by ICANN) for all domain name registrars to send out numerous upcoming domain name renewal notices, beginning 2 months (60 days) before the due date.
- Upcoming Renewal Reminders sent at 60 days, 30 days, and 5 days prior to the due date, as well as 1 day after and 5 days after expiration;
- Invoice generated and emailed 30 days prior to due date.
