As an Internet-based company, and due to the technical nature of the work, our primary method of communication is done online, with client support and communication being done through our online ticket system, which is a part of the Client Portal. Our phone lines always go straight to voicemail, but you're welcomed to leave a message and if you're a current client we'll open a support ticket for you from that message.

*Please only open a support ticket by email if you are UNABLE to open a ticket from our web-based ticket system. When opening a ticket in the Technical Support department, you MUST email from the email address we have on file for you.

Whenever there's a issue that affects the server your website is hosted on, a security notice, policy change or other announcements, it's posted here. If something isn't working like it should, chances are we're working on it, and this Status Blog is where we let you know about ongoing issues. All hosting customers should subscribe to this (by RSS or email) to stay informed on changes that affect your website!
