Using Live Chat For Support

We know there are times when you have a quick and/or urgent question, and need help right away. That's why we're also available by Live Chat! Support via Live Chat is quick, easy to use, and not only can it provide you an emailed transcript of the conversation (to make it easy for you to refer back to any instructions we give), but if you're a current client a copy of the live chat session transcript will be available in your account in our Client Portal along with your past support tickets.

Though there may be instances when you'll want to discuss an ongoing issue in real time, generally if you have a ticket open it's in your best interest to keep your replies in that ticket. When necessary we can merge a Live Chat transcript into an existing ticket as a reply.

Our Live Chat system works very much like most Instant Messenger systems, so if you've used IM, you should take to our Live Chat with no problem.

Like any other system that is unfamiliar to you, it's always easier to use with a little instruction.

Look for the "Live Chat" icon in the lower right corner of every page on our website. Simply click it, fill out your name and email address, click "submit" and you're all set.
